Also, it is the perfect location within Sea Pines, less than a 5 minute drive to all the main areas of Sea Pines and only a 15 min. bike ride. The house fit all of our needs, the kids loved the bunk room and the screened porch was perfect for morning or evening relaxing. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Only request is that beach gear be provided. There is a beach cart, but would have loved a few chairs and/or an umbrella. We would absolutely stay here again!" (5/5)

The home is perfectly set up for families to have their private space with a bunk room and master on the first level and another master and fourth bedroom on the second. The kitchen was well equipped, and we especially enjoyed the option of eating inside or outside on the screened in porch. The private pool and spa were a highlight as was the short walk to the beautiful beach. We appreciated the handy beach cart. Pro tips: pay attention to Sea Turtle office hours and know that they are available by phone on the off hours; the messaging function is not constantly monitored. Confirm the WiFi router and password and instructions for operating the spa and the outdoor shower before you arrive or you will lose valuable time. Follow Surf Scoter to the right all the way to the end where you will find the path to the beach between two driveways. Most important, book directly to avoid the ridiculous VRBO fee. All the pro tips could have been included in the listing as they are with Airbnb, or in the welcome packet from Sea Turtle. Don’t hesitate to book!" (5/5)

Cut my lip open from the side of one of their five SPOONS. Unbelievable. Must have been so old... Only a handful of forks and knives. ONE spatula. The pans were so old the teflon surface was scratched up, couldn't feed my family using those. This place would be 5 stars if they addressed the cleaning and stocked the kitchen up. The location was a dream!!! Beach was a short walk from the house. The pool was incredible, the deck was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again if the other issues were addressed." (3/5)

Bedrooms were nice size and our beds were very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch! The location is great and steps from the beach and also the bike path. The only recommendations I have is it would have been great to have an additional refrigerator on the property and access to the elevator would have been so good for my oxygen dependent father. It could use a good deep clean, but, I know that Covid and the nationwide lack of work staff effects this. We have stayed in Florida a couple times this year, so I half expected that would be the case. We unexpectedly had to check out a day early and the lady I spoke with when doing that was so very nice.
