The condo has a view of the ocean and is close to the beach and pool. You could see the beach on a higher floor, but it was nice to be able to do just one flight of stairs rather than taking the elevator often. Shorewood 203 was very clean and comfortable. The beach is exceptional; wide, very clean (but no seashells) and can walk a long way out into the ocean. Good property security. The main TV had some cable connection issues, but maintenance came promptly and fixed both times, even bringing a new remote to assist." (5/5)
