The most breathtaking views in the house are reserved for the living spaces and the upstairs master. The first floor master has easiest access to the pool and the ocean. It also has the card table and pool table. The pool is absolutely incredible. Perfect for swimming laps. The grill outside needs to be repaired or replaced. It works but the knob markings are worn off and the pilot needed to be relit. No home is going to be perfect but if I were going to complain about this one it would say more about my outlook than the house. Truly, a blessing from the Lord to be able to gather in this home. One other recommendation, new pillows would be great. The beds are great. The pillows less than wonderful. I mention that just in case someone wants to bring their own. We have used vrbo many times, these views are the most beautiful...I don't think I missed seeing the sun rise from one of the outdoor settings but one day." (5/5)

The house was clean and great views of the ocean from all rooms. Our biggest issue is getting the following email from the manager the day we arrived: On May 9, 2020, at 10:37 AM, Info wrote:  Hi Jeff, The home has been cleaned and is ready for check in..... HOWEVER..... Sorry, the elevator is on the basement floor and has no power. It has to have two special batteries that has been ordered but I don’t know when they will arrive. If this is not going to work for you.... Then I’ll be happy to cancel the reservation and refund your money because I cannot get the elevator working without these parts. My wife currently has real bad back issues, so going up and down the stairs (kitchen is on second floor) was not acceptable. The elevator was completely broken. The guy showed up to fix it on Tuesday and said that it was shot and would in no way be fixed by the end of our week.... Apparently it wasn't just the battery backups." (3/5)

Great appointments, comfortable suites, good location, fantastic kitchen and dining area and a very cozy living room. This home has all you need. With small children, the large well appointed kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals and eating in. The flow of this house worked well for us, although having nearly white chairs in the dining area, probably should have been re-thought. We didn't get to use the sunken bar on the main level much, but it was great to have a place to stash water bottles and things we might want or need without having to hike up to the kitchen. Due to the weather, we didn't get a chance to use the pool much, but it's great that the house shades the pool making it a great place to escape the heat and the sun! We were delayed in getting into the house as the cleaning crew must have had their work cut out for them, but it was clean once we got in. The HVAC folks were also in to change filters and the crib rental people came by to pick up the previous renters crib...kind of like grand central station in the beginning. Due to the storms, about a foot of water was blown out of the pool, but a call to the property management got a pool professional readily dispatched to assess and solve the problem and clean debris from the pool. We've stayed in several houses on this stretch of beach and we return because we love the area! The beach is less congested, its close to several grocery stores and walking in the area is great!"
