- **Anonymous**: "I’ve vacationed on the island for over twenty years, and can say, the investors of this property do not care about the guest experience, only the revenue. When you pay a premium to stay at a premier location, it comes with an expectation, and they missed the mark. The property is neglected and should be inspected prior to approval to rent. Curb appeal; missing slats on blinds, broken & rusted weather strip on door, (a child could get hurt) broken/missing tile on threshold. Interior; mold on vents, stains on pillows, badly peeling paint, arms on dining chairs are gross. You can’t sleep, if heavy winds. It whistles through broken weather strip. We had to wait for the storm to pass. I’m an understanding individual, one or two things wouldn’t bother me, but this was too much. I could go on, but there’s not enough space. Simply put, our stay was beyond disappointing. To end on a positive note, it was nice receiving the parking pass and access code in the mail, so we could go straight to the property, and the grounds of the property are meticulously maintained." Tons of space, super private balcony, easy to navigate building, easy check out procedure, any basic amenities you could need!! Property company great! Loved having the washer and dryer and ice maker! Never had to wait for the elevator, never didn’t have a luggage cart to use. Absolutely could not hear another soul or entire stay! The turn lock on the den door was even missing and the door would not close all the way. There was one day where we did not have hot water.
