Visible mold, German cockroach problem in kitchen and upstairs. Stains on carpets that could have easily been professionally cleaned out. Not to mention we were given one trash bag, one paper towel roll and one roll of TP per bathroom (2) This place needs extensive renovations and there is absolutely no reason for the condition it is in. Photos are idealized and shown in the best light possible. The only pro to this house is proximity to the beach walk access. We couldn’t handle this place so we left a whole day early from our trip." As stated in previous posts, house is dated but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t be cleaner! Bathrooms need a good scrub down. Deck would have been nice to use but the table and chairs are covered in bird poop. Grill was not clean as it should have been. Deck needs to be fixed up along with sliding glass doors replaced.
