The smell hit us in the face the instant we walked in and we soon found mold in all of the vents, leaking windows, bugs and a house that obviously was not cleaned. Finding mold immediately made us find another accommodation (THANK GOODNESS) and thankfully Sea Turtle Getaways gave us a refund, but this needs to be said so that others don’t fall for this house like we did. It made my family physically ill being there for the night. Please, clean this house up and get the mold under control. If your family is allergic to mold, I highly recommend you do NOT stay here. Very disheartening and thank goodness we had the ability to look elsewhere, so renter beware!" (1/5)

There is also plenty of room and spacious enough that you’re not on top of each other if you’re staying with friends. The appliances were all in great condition especially the washer and dryer! The location is perfect distance to the stables, beach and harbor town. Our kids 6 & 8 biked to all these places safely and it wasn’t exhausting for them! The rental agency is great and very easy to work with. I would stay here again! The only negative is the property was having landscaping done, but once we reached out about it the landscapers didn’t come back that week." (5/5)

The sanitation of the house was not so good. Used soap and was clothes in one shower and hair in another. The towels had long black hair in them and a dead bug. It was bad but if there was laundry detergent I would have washed them. The screened in porch had shredded cheese everywhere. On Monday I was contacted about the issues and was given new towels, one still had a hair in it, and they cleaned the porch. Never did they clean the showers and when we dropped off the key we were asked about the stay and said something about the sanitation and the guy acted like it was normal. If I was the homeowner, I would want a new cleaning crew. The house is too nice for cleaning issues to cause rental problems." (4/5)
